The power to change the lives of so many people at such an early age is a privilege we do not take lightly here at the VA Eagles! Every season we open up our doors and look for certain individuals that meet the requirements of becoming a VA Eagles Coach! Integrity, impeccable character, positive energy, and an enthusiastic attitude are just a few of the traits we look for when selecting individuals to become a part of our team!

We look for individuals that understand that wins and losses do not define the success of our season! We look for individuals that understand that the game of football is just an avenue that we use to teach the game of life and build up successful young men and women to become successful role models who may one day do the same for the generations after them! Experience is preferred but not required! Great Football and Cheer Coaches will be what separates us from the other Programs in our area!
